LEGAL GROUND FOR PROCESSING
The legal ground for processing of personal data for marketing purposes shall be either consent or legitimate interest.
The consent shall be freely given, specific,informed and unambiguous.

Regarding legitimate interest, the processing is lawful if it is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the controller or by a third-party, except where such interests are overridden by the interests or fundamental rights and freedoms of the individual which require protection of personal information, in particular where the individual is a child.

The Right to be informed
The User has the right to know what happens to their information.
The Right of access
The User has the right to receive his or her personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format. The right to subject-access is free of charge.
The Right to rectification
The User has the right to demand that data should be kept accurate.
The Right to object
The User has the right to stop data from being processed.
The Right of the User to object to direct marketing and profiling
A person can object to automated profiling for marketing at any time. Individuals also have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated decision making (including profiling), which produces legal effects on the individual or significantly affects him or her.
The Right to restrict processing
Where the User believes the data is inaccurate or requires it for legal claims, or believes the processing is unlawful or is challenging the data controller’s legitimate interests, the User has the right to restrict processing to controller.
The Right of the User to be forgotten
The right to be forgotten allows the User to request that their personal data be erased without undue delay. Controllers must inform data processors of any erasure request and take reasonable steps to tell other data controllers where data has been shared.
Individuals cannot use this right to avoid liabilities they have incurred with the data controller. Data controller can still keep some personal data on an in-house marketing supression file so that data controller can comply with the request not to recieve marketing or to comply with legal obligations.
The Right to data portability
Where technically feasible, the User has the right to ask for the data to be transferred directly from controller to controller.
- Retention of Data
We will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer time periods.
